Your marketing materials must follow the PA Real Estate Commission’s guidelines.

Our in-house marketing department, Design Studio, is a convenient option for all of your marketing needs!

  • There no additional monthly fees. If you decide to use the printer at KW Main Line there are fees associated. Reference the policies and guidelines for cost.

  • Submit an opportunity in Command under the KW Main Line market center tab.

  • Pending deals will be settled at KW Washington Township. All new business will go through KW Main Line.

  • You cannot use your KW Washington Township signs on a PA listing. Submit an order inquiry with our marketing team for PA signs!

  • Of course! You can drop in to work at any time! If you need to book a conference room for a settlement or meeting, click here.

Remember that we will not assist with administrative tasks; however, we can put you in touch with our preferred administrative consulting partners! 

Requests are monitored daily, excluding weekends, from 9a-5p. It's our goal to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and closeout every ticket within 72 hours (weekends will vary).
